We’ll also discuss how to put your property’s best foot forward through decluttering, along with staging. They capture your home’s best angles and features, and this also includes a virtual walk-through tour, which further entices potential buyers to see it in person.

This is where I roll up my sleeves. When someone makes an offer on your property, I skillfully negotiate so that you get the best price and terms. We work together to obtain the highest price, in the shortest amount of time, with the most favourable terms.
Closing
I’ll work closely with you to ensure the deal is finalized and that your move goes smoothly. I’ll be there for you, as your real estate expert, up to the day you move – and beyond, including informing you of what to expect leading up to closing day, and give you advice as to how to prepare, and providing you with recommended movers, contractors, lawyers, etc.
